Lisa grew up in the U.K,  lived in Sweden and Germany a while, she moved to Florida in 1991...this is now her permanent home. She is married to a German and has two children, a boy and a girl, both teens. Lisa is a Professional Certified fitness trainer and Specialist in Sports Performance Nutrition. She is also a qualified run coach certified with USATF and RRCA. She is currently studying exercise therapy with the International Sciences Association. Lisa Loves to compete!!!!! An Elite Masters runner and top ranked master duathlete. Lisa enjoys to compete in all distances. She is recognized by the USAT as an All American athlete with honorable mention. In her spare time, there’s not too much of it, but she likes to, hike, scuba dive, and ski:-) not in Florida..of course:-)she also loves to travel. Lisa hopes to SKY DIVE with ALL the LIN ladies one day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lisa's upcoming events include, World Masters T & F 5000m Championships with team USA , ITU World Duathlon Championships with Team USA in Spain, and the ING New York Marathon.
